Course Objectives The aim of the course is to analyze the health politics, planning techniques and the factors that affect health politics. Addition to this the course will cover the contemporary issues in Turkish Health Systems
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to explain basic concepts and models related to health policy and planning at an expert level.
  • Will be able to classify the factors that determine health policies.
  • Will be able to discuss the changes in the field of health.
  • Will be able to define the implementation process of health policies.
  • Will be able to discuss the role of the state in health services within the scope of globalization.
Course Description In this course, with an emphasis on the concept of health policy and planning, necessary information will be given about health policy determination and implementation process and planning methods.
